Built for contractors who knock the same day

Most permit feeds dump a spreadsheet. We focus on the block around each job — neighbors who just watched a crew show up — so you know where to knock first.

01

Fresh permits, same day

We pull new issued permits from city open data throughout the day for roofing, HVAC, and foundation trades.

02

Neighbors first, then enrichment

Build a canvass list of nearby homes of similar age. Owner names and mailing addresses are matched from county appraisal records when a parcel match is available, with an absentee flag when mailing differs from site.

03

Filtered to your ZIPs

Get daily email + CSV (or Sheets / Zapier on Team). Priority scores use home age and match quality; hail and storm context is added when public storm reports cover that ZIP.

What you actually get

Public permit records, joined with parcel and storm context as matches are available — not a thin dump.

Neighbor canvass leads

When one house on a street gets a new roof, we flag nearby homes of similar age — doors worth knocking while the crew is still on the block.

Owner name + mailing address

Where Bexar CAD records match the permit parcel, we include owner name, mailing address, and an absentee flag when mailing is off-site. Match rate varies by permit quality.

Hail and storm context

When public storm reports cover a ZIP, we attach that context so restorers can prioritize harder-hit areas. Coverage is ZIP-level, not a roof inspection.

Priority scores + trade filters

Leads are filtered to your trade and ZIPs, with a simple priority score from age, match quality, and storm context when present. San Antonio first; more metros next.

FAQ

Where does the data come from?

City of San Antonio building permit open data is the core feed. We join Bexar County appraisal records for owner and property details when a parcel match is found, and attach public storm reports at the ZIP level when available. Everything we sell is derived from public records — enrichment coverage improves as matches land.

Is a permit a job I can still win?

A re-roof permit is filed by the contractor who already won that house. For roofers, the money is usually in the neighbors and nearby homes in recently hit ZIPs. HVAC and foundation permits are often earlier signals and work better as direct outreach.

How fast do leads arrive?

Same day. We refresh throughout the day and push your filtered CSV/email as new permits land.

Can I try before I pay?

Yes — request a free masked sample for your trade and ZIPs. No card required.

Will you expand past San Antonio?

Yes. We're starting deep in one metro. Tell us which city you want next when you request a sample.
