BlockPermit ("we", "us") provides building-permit lead data to contractors. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Data we sell

Our lead feeds are derived from public records, including city building permits and county appraisal / ownership records, plus public storm reports. We do not scrape private social accounts for the core product.

Information you give us

When you request a sample, subscribe, or email us, we collect your name, company, email, phone (if provided), trade, ZIP preferences, and payment details (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers).

How we use it

• To deliver the product you bought or requested
• To respond to support questions
• To improve the service (aggregated, not sold as a contact list)

Sharing

We use processors such as Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), and email delivery providers. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Sample requests and account records are kept as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete sample-request data by emailing hello@blockpermit.com.
